North of the house, right in front of it, is a small boxwood garden, called Linhares, situated at a higher altitude regarding the street, with a fountain of Carranca attached to the outer wall.
This garden with access by small gate has flower beds of boxwood with four blocks separated by paths and filled by orange trees and cosmos. Initially it had an orchard and vegetable gardens of the House of the Condes de Santar and Magalhães. Currently integrated in the project Santar Garden Villa, this garden is connected to the garden of the Casa Iberico Nogueira, by a large iron pergola and granite lined with vines of wisteria designed by Fernando Caruncho. In the center of the boxwood rises a circular water element constituted by a granite millstone of the old mills of the house of the Condes de Santar e Magalhães.
